Santa Cruz County Bank offers US Small Business Administration (SBA) lending programs to assist small businesses. From approval to funding, all processing is performed by experienced lenders in-house. This efficient lending process and knowledge of SBA lending will save you time so you can concentrate on running your business. We work directly with you to understand your business needs before recommending a loan program to suit your individual business situation.
SBA Loans
7 (a) program: This is the most flexible business loan program, since financing under this program can be guaranteed for a variety of general business purposes.
Loan proceeds can be used for most sound business purposes including:
- Working capital
- Machinery and equipment
- Furniture and fixtures
- Land and building (including purchase, renovation and new construction)
- Leasehold improvements
- Debt refinancing (under special conditions)
- Business purchase financing
- Loan maturity is up to 10 years for business purposes and generally up to 25 years for real estate financing.
504 Loan Program: Provides long-term, fixed-rate financing to small businesses to acquire real estate or machinery or equipment for expansion or modernization.
Business and Industry (B & I) Loans
- Loans available to businesses located in rural areas
- In-house approvals within 5 to 10 business days
- Flexible loan amounts, up to $10,000,000
- Fully amortized loans
- Up to 30 years maximum term
